Halloween is a few nights away and I'm still racking my brains out of what I will be. Being a lady detective is at the top of my list. Why? coz even if it's not a popular choice I wanna try that femme fatale thing without looking skanky.  

All I need is a gun, trenchcoat, the balls...

There you have it my Halloween fantasy! Just in case you're looking for quality cheap makeup to experiment on this spooky season, you might wanna checkout H&M makeup. They have lots of inexpensive stuffs that works!

So what are you gonna be this Halloween?  

Hmm...i'm still undecided on what I will finally be. I don't think I could pull it off trying to act all that sexy and seductive. I'd just LAUGH at myself!

Maybe I should just be a TEACUP instead...

H&M Eyeshadows in Paris Avec Moi and Ciao Ciao Venice

   If you want an eyeshadow that's  subtle yet pretty. Then this might be the one for you. The colors looks so natural and blends well with the skin. It's like having a "no makeup" makeup look. The sheer rosy brown shade of Paris avec moi definitely accentuates the eyes.

   While Ciao ciao Venice's shimmery white color is also a great eyeshadow base or highlighter. I sometimes use this on my brow bone or at the corner of my lids to add an extra sparkle to my eyes.

Pros:
-subtle and classic earthy shades
-buildable colors
-great silky texture
-finely milled powder
-no creasing
-nice packaging
-very, very cheap 

Cons:
-didn't last longer than I expected
-not heavily pigmented
-little brush applicators suck!

   Well for such a cheap price tag these eyeshadows aren't that bad at all! You can experiment with as many shades as possible without denting your pocket. They are good for everyday use when all you want to do is look pretty especially with its decent and wearable colors. Also I didn't experience any allergic reactions or any eye irritations to it.

   I'd definitely buy more and enjoy a variety of looks that these shadows can deliver. If your still an amateur in eye makeup then it's just right to start with these lovely gems. Well, that's all for now. Til next time again my gorgeous ladies:-)

                
     

H&M Charmed By K Lipgloss

   "Charmed by K" by H & M is a sheer but shiny red lip gloss that makes your lips really standout. It has tiny gold flecks that sparkles especially when hit with light. The intense red color looks vivid and bright. It looks sexy and appealing on the lips. And you will definitely get noticed! 

Pros:
-nice red color
-makes your lips shiny and sparkly
-lips feels moisturized
-cheap
-handy long tube

Cons:
-color can be too bright for some
-sticky/gooey feeling on my lips
-doesn't last long enough

Overall:

   It's an okay lipgloss for me but I'm not totally crazy about it coz it doesn't have long staying power. If your the lazy type then forget about it.

    But for quick touch ups during clubbing and night outs it can be quite useful especially if you want to add a little drama to your lips as the brilliant color alone will surely make your lips dazzle even in the dark.

   It is one of those dispensable lipgloss in my collection. I can live with or without it. I can lose this without feeling too bad because of it's cheap price and at the same time live with it because of it's nice color, I use it as an alternative gloss when I'm bored with my other range of lippies.

    If you want another variety of lipgloss with an exciting touch of red color then this one is a go!...just don't expect too much so you won't get disappointed with it. :-) ta-ta!

   I'm diggin' these shoes at the moment. Firstly, it's heels. I love heels! I like that it's not too high nor too low. Just right to elongate my calves and give them a shapelier illusion.

   Second, I like its color. The combination of beige and browns looks pretty. And it matches a lot of my clothes and purses. Its brown heels blends well with the faux snakeskin.

   Third, I love it's design. I don't know what you call it. But it's sort of a mix between strappy and gladiator sandals. It adds pizazz and spunk to my ensamble. It goes well with my skinny jeans or even short shorts. It also feels comfortable on my feet.

   Lastly, it's not pricey. I love it that H&M produces cheap but stylish shoes, clothes, accessories and even makeup. You can look expensive at a fraction of a cost and makes you look trendy without burning a hole in your pocket.

   I've always had a penchant for mixing and matching expensive stuffs with cheaper ones, as long as they look good and well-put together. I don't believe in wearing designer stuffs from head to toe. I find it tacky. So if I find an item that blends well with my outfit, I snag it no matter how much the price is.

   I can't wait for my next trip to H&M! and find more items that will give me plenty more reasons to smile:-)

Applying eyeshadow is not really my forte so pls bear with this shot...:-)

   Here's another H&M gem that I got in HK. The trio combination is stunning to look at. Thus, the name "I Am Stunning". The packaging is simple and comes with a wand applicator. But I prefer to use my brushes for a more precised look.

   I actually think I'm the last person on earth who could execute amazing eyeshadows. I get pretty clueless when it's time to apply and mix the shades. I envy those girls who could exquisitely apply eye makeup even with eyes closed. I believe it's a talent not everyone has.

   So a little brush here, and a little brush there is what I do. Nevermind that sometimes I end up looking like a clown coz I just adore the colors that comes with each palette. And the ironic thing is I love eyeshadows but I still can't somewhat perfect my eye skills...sigh!

   Anyway, this trio comes in yellowish gold, turquoise and taupe brown shades. All glittery. It stays put quite decently even after I sweat. The powder blends seamlessly in my eyes and it's rich pigments looks exactly the same when applied to my eyes. It's a good buy for such a cheap price. I'd highly recommend this for those who have a tight budget.

   So if you wanna look stunning for a fraction of a cost, go for it! Darn, I still wish I had Midas touch with eyeshadow application so that I'll be able to maximize all my eye hauls to their fullest potential. Tata!

H & M Pink Lipgloss

   If you're itching for that glam chick pink lippie look then the search is over with  H & M's Anni-Can Rock lipgloss  shade. Its fun, flirty and edgy color is great for night outs and clubbings. The bright pink fuschia tint will surely put you on the boys radar. The brilliant gloss will keep your lips shiny, sparkly and temptingly kissable. Sad part is you have to constantly reapply the gloss as I noticed that it keeps wearing off after awhile. But really it's no biggie coz it does its job in making my lips look party ready...another great cheap and chic discovery worth trying!
