She's been with me for the longest time
One stick could last for almost like an eternity:-)
Solid gel type (reminds me of a deodorant)
Upon application it looks bright...
...but after awhile, it blends perfectly with the skin for that natural flushed look!
I don't have naturally rosy cheeks. That's why I envy people who are blessed with that sun kissed look. It looks so healthy, vibrant and glowing. It instantly adds prettiness to the face.
Because of that, I heavily rely on my blush ons and tints to provide what mother nature has forgotten to bless me. I dont want to pinch my cheeks for that temporary blush which only goes off in less than 10 seconds. Duh! who does that anyway? So naturally, there's no other way but to fake it.
I have long heard of Tarte cheek stain. I've read about it in magazines and blogs. I wanted to get one badly based on the positive reviews it got. So when I saw it at Sephora I didn't think twice at all about getting one.
You just need to dab the gel gently on your cheeks. A few pats could go a long way. Gels are great coz it doesn't cake nor crease the way some powder blush does. Just spread it evenly and it would blend with your skin effortlessly. And ta-da! Instant rosy cheeks in less than 5 seconds. How simple was that! The color looks natural and sheer. Not too bright. It adjusts to your skin tone. Although I love pink shades, Tarte has the kind of red that makes me look as if I just blushed. It's like being kissed on the cheeks for the very first time!
Im very satisfied with my Tarte. It's a quick way to get a glow without too much fuss. No need for brushes, just fingers and your all set! I sometimes use it on my lips too and it'd still look nice. It's perfect for lazy gals like me. The stick could also last for ages. So it saves you the money from buying several blush ons or even lipsticks. Definitely a great deal and a smart buy. Okay, that's my babble for the day. Have a fab day, pretty ladies:-)
